What this draft collects
The forms collect contact details and basic care preferences or recruiting interest, plus consent and a submission identifier. Please do not enter health records, diagnoses, financial details or identity documents.
Where test submissions go
On the hosted draft, forms are processed by our Vercel server and saved in a restricted Supabase database. Notification alerts, once configured through Resend, contain an inquiry reference and a link for authorized review. Contact details and care preferences stay in the database. Local development saves fictional test records on the developer’s computer.
Before public launch
The final policy must identify the operator, contact details, retention period, access and deletion process, processors and any analytics. Those details are pending. No public launch is intended until they are completed.
