Home is where they get to be themselves.
The piano they still love to play. Lunch the way they like it. Familiar rooms full of their own things. We’re building care around the daily help that lets people keep more of their life at home.

A Lightkeeper is a person you know.
Zaid and Zak are building Lightkeeper in Hillsborough County around a straightforward idea: families should know who is coming, what they will help with and how the visit went.
That belief shapes the service. A primary Lightkeeper learns the person and their routines. A named backup prepares for the days when plans change. An RN writes the care plan, and Tonight’s Light keeps authorized family members informed after each visit.
The family should get to be family.
When you’re the one coordinating everything, even a call with someone you love can turn into a list of things to check. Did you eat? Is the laundry done? Who is coming tomorrow?
We want the care plan and the updates to handle more of those practical questions, leaving you more room to talk about the parts of life that brought you close in the first place.
Starting here, with a standard we can grow.
We’re locally owned, starting in Hillsborough County. Lightkeeper is currently preparing for licensure. Our ambition is to bring this approach to more families while keeping the care personal: a familiar person at the door and a team responsible for what happens next.
