The draft is built around private-pay care at a $36 hourly base rate. Before services begin, we will confirm the schedule, full charges and payment terms in writing.
Insurance or other benefits
If you have a long-term care insurance policy or other benefits, ask the provider about eligibility, approved services and required documentation. Coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed, and Lightkeeper’s participation in any program has not been established.
