01 / SPEEDSpeak to a person. Get a start date.
An RN assessment within 24 hours. A care start within 24–48 hours.
Your first call reaches a person. Your Head Keeper, an RN, assesses needs and writes the care plan. The Watch coordinates a start date you can plan around. These are our launch standards, subject to assessment, staffing and licensure.
02 / CONTINUITYA familiar face. A backup you know.
The breakfast preferences. The pace of the morning. The help that’s welcome.
We match with attention to needs, location and language. Your family also knows the named backup. If a change is needed, you hear about it before the visit, so a new face is never an unexplained surprise.
03 / TRANSPARENCYTonight, know how today went.
Review the price before care. Receive an update after each visit.
You review the care plan, schedule and full price before care starts. Each completed visit produces a same-day update for authorized family members. The Watch is your contact for scheduling and questions between visits.
Meet the people behind the promise.
Your Lightkeeper is the CNA or HHA who helps with the daily routines in the care plan. They get to know the preferences that make care feel personal, from when breakfast happens to how someone likes to start the day.
Your Head Keeper is the RN who assesses needs and writes the care plan. RN oversight guides our nonmedical support; it does not turn a Lightkeeper visit into skilled nursing or medical treatment.
The Watch is our scheduling and on-call team. The model includes a 24/7 line for care coordination, a named backup and advance communication about caregiver changes.
Tonight’s Light is the same-day update for authorized family members, built from the completed visit checklist. It puts the day’s details in one place, so your evening conversation can be about more than checking tasks.
Our standards, before we open the door.
Lightkeeper is awaiting licensure. The 24-hour assessment and 24–48-hour start are launch standards subject to the assessment, location and available staffing. We’ll confirm what we can deliver for your family before accepting care.
