Plan for the hours your family needs covered.
Discuss longer visits, evenings and overnight support, subject to staffing and availability.

Let’s start with what would help.
Every home has its own rhythms. We begin by learning yours: the things you want to keep doing, the moments that feel difficult and the kind of support that feels right.
- A discussion of evening or overnight needs
- A schedule matched to available staffing
- Clear expectations about shift coverage and the care plan
Know who’s coming and what they’re there to do.
Your Head Keeper, an RN, assesses needs and writes the care plan. We match your family with a primary Lightkeeper and a named backup. After each visit, Tonight’s Light gives authorized family members a same-day update. The Watch coordinates scheduling and is your contact between visits.
Lightkeeper is being developed as a non-skilled home care service. It does not replace medical care, skilled nursing or emergency services. Scope, staffing and suitability must be confirmed before care begins.
What does care cost?
The base rate is $36/hour. The draft assumes a four-hour visit minimum. We’ll confirm the full schedule and any additional charges before you agree to care.
Can we start with just a few visits?
We can discuss the support you need and what a manageable starting schedule could look like. Services begin only after licensure and confirmation of availability.
